Churrasco - the authentic Brazilian BBQ style, can be found right here in the Tri-Cities!
If you have been to Brazil (or Uruguay or Argentina) you may know that a Churrasco is a “steakhouse” that specializes in grilled meats and offers rodízio (a style of services where waiters move around the restaurant with large skewers, carving meat directly onto your plate).

Korean
Known as gogi-gui, Korean BBQ is a method of cooking meat on a grill that is inlaid directly into the dining table itself.
This unique experience allows you (the customer) to cook your meat to your personal perfection!
If you have never enjoyed Korean BBQ before, we highly recommend that you get out to any the following places this summer and give it a try:

Mongolian
Little know fact - Mongolian BBQ isn’t actually from Mongolia. In fact, it was invented in Taiwan in the 50’s.
Mongolian BBQ is essentially a large stir-fry dish, prepared on solid iron griddles at high temperatures. Check out our local Sun Mongolian BBQ on Shaughnessy St., Port Coquitlam, to test out this delicious BBQ style now!
