Since 1996, Sun Star Restaurant has been serving Chinese and Canadian specialties to the Coquitlam community. Those dishes include their popular breakfasts such as “Ed’s Breakfast” (now SunStar Breakfast), which has been a fixture since its opening in 1996, as well as their A, B and C combos, which include sweet ‘n sour pork and other Chinese favourites. Though many years changed, the philosophy of “the customer comes first” has remained constant over the years.
